The Brief

This transformation turned an unusable front yard into a multi-level coastal oasis. Extensive structural works included engineered retaining walls and custom entry stairs, with a fully tiled pool positioned on the second tier—elevated metres above ground to create a seamless infinity-edge feel overlooking the ocean. Custom rock work garden beds were introduced to anchor native plants and sculptural grasses, enhancing the natural aesthetic. A new front lawn added functionality, while curved, powder-coated aluminium fencing brought safety with style. To complete the transformation, the home was re-cladded and painted, creating a cohesive, modern coastal retreat that blends beautifully with its surroundings.
