The Brief

A dramatic front-yard transformation in Kiama on the South Coast, turning an unusable space into a multi-level coastal oasis overlooking the ocean. Extensive structural works included engineered retaining walls and custom entry stairs, with a fully tiled pool elevated on the second tier to create a seamless infinity-edge effect. Custom rockwork garden beds provide structure for native planting and sculptural grasses, reinforcing the natural coastal aesthetic. A new front lawn adds functionality, while curved powder-coated aluminium fencing combines safety with contemporary design. New cladding and paintwork complete the transformation, creating a cohesive modern retreat that responds beautifully to its South Coast setting.
